On-Line Bill Pay
You may make an online payment for most payment methods through the Patient Portal with Instamed. Click on the button below to be brought to the site. Please note that you must enter the patient first and last name for the payment to be attributed properly (which may not be the same as the person paying the bill). You will also need your patient account number which will be on your bill.
You can directly pay your bill OR you can create an account and then pay your bill. You decide if you want your information saved for future use.
To pay your bill at the Patient Portal, click "Make a Payment." You may also save your information on the Patient Portal by clicking "Sign Up" and providing your email and creating a password for this account. If you create an account you will be able to view all payments made through the Patient Portal and your information will be saved for future payments. Your email and password will be needed for you to access this information. Our office does not have your password. Click "Forgot Password?" on the Patient Portal for help retrieving your password.

Insurance and Billing
When you arrive for your first visit we will collect your paperwork and make a copy of your insurance card. If it is possible, please complete the forms before you arrive. If you need assistance, please complete what you can and let the front desk know which forms you were unable to complete.
If we have the complete billing information, we will bill your insurance company. We ask that you make your co-payment at the time of service.
Patients are responsible for full payment of any co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles required by their insurance company as well as for any non-covered services.
